Responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership and Spin-Off transition: lead and develop an IT team as part of a corporate spin-off. Ensure a smooth and secure transition from centrally provided IT services by the parent company and to build a robust, scalable foundation for an independent IT landscape.
  • Infrastructure & Core Operations: Design, implement, and operate a modern and resilient IT infrastructure that balances cloud-native and on-premise solutions. Ensure seamless functionality of key services including Identity & Access Management, device management, network architecture, collaboration tools, and secure file sharing across the organization.
  • Business Systems & Tooling Enablement: Drive the selection, deployment, and integration of enterprise tools and systems across departments such as HR, Finance and Legal. Prioritize user-centric, scalable, and automation-friendly solutions that can support the company's growth and operational maturity, in close alignment with business stakeholders.
  • Security, Compliance & Data Protection: Establish a pragmatic but comprehensive approach to information security and data protection. Define clear security standards, ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR), and implement initiatives to build a security-aware culture across the organization.
  • Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, cultivating a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement. Provide strategic guidance while empowering team members to make informed decisions and take responsibility for their domains.
  • Project Execution & Change Management: Manage IT initiatives end-to-end—from planning through implementation to rollout—ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and expectations are consistently met. Facilitate structured change management processes to support the organization through periods of technological transformation. Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and service agreements effectively
